Shipping and Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all orders Australia-wide & Internationally.

The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is between 7-12 business days from the date of dispatch.

Tracking My Order

All orders come with a tracking number, which will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your dispatch confirmation email or enter your tracking number above.

Shipping Protection

What is Shipping Protection?
Shipping Protection is an optional add-on that covers your order in case it’s lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. For a small fee at checkout, you get peace of mind knowing your order is protected.

How does it work?
If your protected order doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged, simply contact us within 7 days of the delivery date, and we’ll resolve it—either by reshipping or refunding your order.

How do I file a claim?
Send us an email with your order number and a brief explanation. We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days.

Refunds and Returns

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team from the necessary section on our website with your order details.

Once your return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item to us.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
